Backend Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust server-side features that support complex gameplay mechanics and player interactions.
• Optimize database performance to handle large volumes of data and ensure quick response times.
• Implement security best practices to protect player data and maintain the integrity of the game world.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate server-side logic with client-side interfaces.
• Monitor and troubleshoot server performance, addressing issues proactively to minimize downtime.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in server-side programming languages such as Node.js, Golang, or C#.
• Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, or Redis.
• Strong understanding of server architecture, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Preferred: Experience with gaming platforms, large-scale systems, or cloud infrastructure.
